Terms and Conditions for Crowdfunding Campaigns
Welcome to our crowdfunding platform! By creating and participating in a campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Campaign Payments: Funds raised through a successful campaign will be paid directly to the campaign creator (hereinafter referred to as “Campaigner”). The funds will be transferred to the Campaigner’s designated payment account, subject to the platform’s payment processing procedures.
- Platform Service Fee: As a crowdfunding service, we charge a platform service fee of 10% on the total funds raised by the campaign. This fee covers the costs of maintaining the platform, providing customer support, and facilitating secure payment processing.
- Campaign Content: Campaigners are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the campaign content, including campaign descriptions, rewards, images, and videos. All content must comply with our community guidelines and must not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
- Campaigner’s Responsibilities: Campaigners are responsible for fulfilling promises and delivering rewards to backers as specified in the campaign. Any disputes or issues arising from the campaign should be resolved directly between the Campaigner and backers.
- Backer’s Responsibilities: Backers are responsible for carefully reviewing campaign details, including reward descriptions and estimated delivery times. Backers understand that contributing to a campaign does not guarantee the successful completion of the project.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: Once a contribution is made, backers understand that refunds are at the discretion of the Campaigner. Chargebacks initiated by backers without valid reason may result in account suspension.
- Campaign Completion: Campaigns must have a clear and achievable funding goal. When campaign ends its specified timeframe, funds will be sent to Campaigner.
- Prohibited Content: Campaigns promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or harmful products are strictly prohibited and will be removed from the platform.
- Privacy and Data Protection: We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during the campaign creation process and payment transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate any campaign or the platform itself at our discretion. Campaigners will be notified of any significant changes to the platform or campaign terms.
