Refunds and Chargebacks: Once a contribution is made, backers understand that refunds are at the discretion of the Campaigner. Chargebacks initiated by backers without valid reason may result in account suspension. Campaign Completion: Campaigns must have a clear and achievable funding goal. When campaign ends its specified timeframe, funds will be sent to Campaigner. Prohibited Content: Campaigns promoting illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or harmful products are strictly prohibited and will be removed from the platform. Privacy and Data Protection: We respect your privacy. All personal information provided during the campaign creation process and payment transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Modification and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or terminate any campaign or the platform itself at our discretion.
